Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
You are eligible for an exchange or store credit, if they are returned in their original state unworn, without damage, makeup or deodorant stains with their tags attached to the label.
NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
We recommend tracking and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
CIOUS COUTURE is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
To start a return, you can contact us at ciouscouture@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
